Nablasol is searching for a proficient and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving our vision forward by identifying potential leads and cultivating a robust pipeline of potential clients aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Find potential leads within the US market from various online sources.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within these leads.
  • Qualify leads by scheduling initial online meetings.
  • Foster relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Maintain all leads in the CRM, and plan and manage drip campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing team for content collaterals and media needs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation efforts.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation roles, particularly within the US market.
  • Profound understanding of US market trends, dynamics, and target audience behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a flair for generating effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Experience working with software/technology/financial domains will be preferred
  • The ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload

Education & Experience

    • 0-2 years experience in lead generation
    • Prior experience working in a technology-oriented environment will be preferred
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
