Nablasol is looking for a Human Resources Executive to help us manage and grow our team of technology professionals who are leading the way for Digital Transformation of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Developing sourcing strategy and source potential candidates through various portals and channels.
  • Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for the position.
  • Reviewing job applications to identify high-potential candidates
  • Conducting screening interviews with talent to assess their fitment to the company and the role.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Handling employee on-boarding process and acclimating them with company culture.
  • Maintaining all employee records and ensuring regular updates and reviews.
  • Ensuring a healthy work environment for all employees, providing them support and engagement.
  • Being updated on industry trends and making recommendations on policies and procedures.
  • Lead branding initiatives on social media focused on attracting top talent.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and empathetic, with good negotiation skills.
  • Process Driven, Diligent and Methodical.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Knowledge of Social Media management, will be a plus.

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience working as a HR in a technology-oriented environment will be preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HR or Technology specialization preferred).
