Nablasol is looking for a Human Resources Executive to help us manage and grow our team of technology professionals who are leading the way for Digital Transformation of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Developing sourcing strategy and source potential candidates through various portals and channels.
- Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for the position.
- Reviewing job applications to identify high-potential candidates
- Conducting screening interviews with talent to assess their fitment to the company and the role.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Handling employee on-boarding process and acclimating them with company culture.
- Maintaining all employee records and ensuring regular updates and reviews.
- Ensuring a healthy work environment for all employees, providing them support and engagement.
- Being updated on industry trends and making recommendations on policies and procedures.
- Lead branding initiatives on social media focused on attracting top talent.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and empathetic, with good negotiation skills.
- Process Driven, Diligent and Methodical.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Knowledge of Social Media management, will be a plus.
Education & Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience working as a HR in a technology-oriented environment will be preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HR or Technology specialization preferred).
