Nablasol is searching for a proficient and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving our vision forward by identifying potential leads and cultivating a robust pipeline of potential clients aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities
- Find potential leads within the US market from various online sources.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within these leads.
- Qualify leads by scheduling initial online meetings.
- Foster relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Maintain all leads in the CRM, and plan and manage drip campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team for content collaterals and media needs.
- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation efforts.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation roles, particularly within the US market.
- Profound understanding of US market trends, dynamics, and target audience behaviors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a flair for generating effective lead-generation strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
- Experience working with software/technology/financial domains will be preferred
- The ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload
Education & Experience

- 0-2 years experience in lead generation
- Prior experience working in a technology-oriented environment will be preferred
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
