Nablasol is looking for a Data Engineer / BI Developer who enjoys working with data end-to-end, from structuring raw data to building meaningful dashboards that drive decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, requiring strong SQL skills, a solid understanding of data, and hands-on experience with Python and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable visualizations.
- Optimize reports using DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and standardize reporting frameworks.
- Write advanced SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and anomaly detection.
- Perform data reconciliation and ensure data accuracy across sources.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights clearly.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Use Python for data transformation and automation.
- Contribute to data architecture and system improvements.
- Optimize database performance and query execution.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and visualizations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Familiarity with data warehouses and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL is required.
- Experience with CRM systems or operational data sources will be a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
